SAP Developer

Requirements:
- You have an IT-related Bachelor or Master degree - or an equivalent level by experience - and are in general passionate about IT
- You have strong skills in SAP development tools and systems (R3-APO-Portal-Fiori -HANA/ ABAP, HTLM5, Java…)
- You have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- You are flexible for business travel, especially at the beginning where training will be foreseen on site in Austria
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are a flexible, discrete person with a good team-spirit and a high sense of confidentiality
- You are customer, service-oriented and results-driven
- You are very driven to be an expert in information technology and keep yourself up-to-date in this area
- You are self-motivated, have a proactive personality and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- You have great communication skills
- You have an excellent knowledge of English, other language skills are welcomed as well (for example German)
Responsibilities:
- System development / modifications: take part in projects to develop, implement and modify SAP systems, based on Sappi’s strategic plans by ensuring highest output at lowest costs
- Ensure that implemented solutions follow security standard in order to safeguard information against unauthorized use, disclosure, modification, damage or loss
- Design and develop solutions based on business requirements
- System implementation and exploitation: support preparation, testing and implementation of new software releases. Also adequate communication and correct troubleshooting is part of your responsibilities
- Problem solving / user advice: ensure an undisturbed and optimal process flow, data integrity and user satisfaction by effective problem analyzing and problem solving
- Project participation: as a member of a multi-disciplinary task force responsible for the realization of (new) information systems, targeted at fulfilling user demands, budget limitations and in time implementations
- Customer intimacy: contact person for 2nd line support to perform troubleshooting and break fix. Support the Business Process Engineers in relation to their implementation and test activities
