SAP Consultant with Master Data- Production Planning Sector

The REIWA Global Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) is involved in all Production Execution related data design decision-making processes, related to his/her expertise, to build the foundation of the future Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. He/she collaborates closely with the Master Data Team and participates to the data object definition, mapping, migration and validation activities. Bringing a deep expertise on S/4 Hana PP module (production planning), the engagement and collaboration of the Global Data SME with the Local Data / Process SMEs are crucial. In the REIWA Program, he/she reports to the PG Reiwa Plan-to-Deliver Team Lead.
Your responsibilities
- As expert in the area, the main responsibilities of the SAP Consultant are:
- At the data design stage:
- Member of E2E Production Execution Stream and working with Master Data Stream
- Responsible for Production Execution related master data definition together with E2E Data SPOC (single-point-of-contact)
- Own relevant Data Objects
- Define data object migration rules
- Collects requirements and priorities from stakeholders (e.g. E2E Process SMEs, Ar-chetype Leads, BU Data Managers. Master Data Operations)
- Provides input to document E2E requirements and user stories
- Participates in all the workshops and discussions around data objects
- Describes the design of data maintenance processes, with support from lies with E2E Process SPOCs and Data SPOCs
- Supports the design of data quality rules
- Provides data migration and data maintenance requirements.
- Track & trace the expected status of the migration for the object until final stage
- Follow-up ‘from-to system’ migration and when the data was extracted
- Review data migration results of the scheduled tasks on a pre-defined base (daily or weekly … etc) and connect to the local Data SMEs in required frequency supporting them in the migration & validation acitivities
- Provide required files (data object list, Functional Specification, Reports …)
- Work on defects reported and correct them.
Your background
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Global view and thorough expe-rience of Production Execution Master Data
- >5 years of experience in SAP(S/4 Hana will be advantage)- PP module
- >5 years of experience in the area of expertise
- Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert
- Experienced representing the interests and requirements of the business in an IT implementation project
- Leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and discuss technical solution with stakeholders
- Leadership capability to establish a network of experts and animate a community (remote as well)
- Fluent in English language and good interpersonal and communication skills
