Our Client is currently recruiting for motivated individuals into the Group Systems project in Kraków for the position of:
Requirements:
- An academic background in computer science or similar
- Experience with Post Copy Automation components
- Good understanding of System Landscape Directory maintenance & configuration within complex topologies
- Experience with NetWeaver Administrator, Visual Administrator and Java Configuration Tool (as a plus)
- Experience with LVM for system maintenance
- Very good English skills
- Ability to effectively meet tight deadlines and diligence
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills including teamwork and facilitation
As an advantage:
- Experience with SAP Business Process Automation by Redwood (BPA)
- Previous contact with Solution Manager
Responsibilities:
Performing day-to-day Basis activities including:
- Transport Requests
- File transfers and support for peripheral systems
- Organizing system restarts & outages
- Conduct daily health checks and/or monitoring
- Weekly Release-ABAP and portal transports
- Installation and maintenance of SAP NetWeaver based products within the Group SAP estate
Performing all SAP Basis/NetWeaver administrative and technical tasks including:
- Troubleshooting performance issues with ABAP, JAVA and/or Database.
- Troubleshooting to check if underlying Infrastructure is the cause
- SAP profile parameter recommendations and checks against SAP hotfixes/ recommendations
- Taking part in data migration and changes implementation
