We are looking for a SAP Administrator who will join our Shared Service Center in Cracow. In this position you will be responsible for the development of SAP security roles and authorizations for SAP ECC (including HCM and SCM), BW, Enterprise Portal and SAP GRC. As a SAP Security Administrator you will report to the Area IT Manager CoE residing in North America and cooperate with business process engineers and project teams to develop and maintain security roles, and provides operational support for security requests and incidents for SAP system users.
This position is part of global SAP team, the Applications Security Centre of Excellence (CoE) and a virtual team with members in Europe, North America and South Africa. In our SAP team we are using the latest technology (S4 HANA) and moving towards implementing S4 Finance and BPC.
Requirements:
- You have experience in security concepts within ECC, HR, BW, SRM and Enterprise Portal security, security certifications would be an advantage
- You have experience or are willing to learn SAP GRC or third party tools (Approva BizRights)
- You have experience or are willing to learn monitoring with Solution Manager
- You are very driven to be an expert in information technology and keep yourself up to date in this area
- You have fluent knowledge of English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are a team-player with a proactive personality and ‘can-do’ attitude
- You are a flexible, discrete person with a high sense of confidentiality
- You are detailed oriented and have ability to adhere to service level agreements, project time lines and follow standards and strict change control procedures
- You are able to work in flexible schedule to support production issues and project rollouts (one to two times per year)
- You are flexible for business travel, especially at the beginning where training will be foreseen or during the implementation of large scale projects
Responsibilities:
- Secure and maintain profile in SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP HR, SAP SRM and SAP Portals
- Resolve end-user production support security issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor incoming tickets related to security and user administration
- Become user administration support in all SAP systems and landscapes, processing user requests and account maintenance
- Participate in the implementation and support of SAP GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) Access Control 10.1 including Access Risk Analysis
- Provide training and support for GRC, policies and procedures, and secure design to users in business terminology
- Ensure SAP users have appropriate licensing assigned and provide monthly metrics
- Comply with security policies, procedures and IT controls in place
- Communicate with the IT and business users globally to facilitate questions, resolve issues, and request feedback on access issues
