Due to the expansion in the Polish market we are looking for a passionate Sales Training Manager to lead the sales team and create long-term management plans for hiring, training and improving the sales force. The ideal candidate will report to the Country Manager.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- university degree in economics, psychology or equivalent educational background,
- at least 3 years of relevant work experience within Direct Sales industry or equivalent in sales teams performance and training management,
- great interpersonal, leadership skills, good at networking and building trust,
- excellent presentation and communication skills,
- very good working knowledge of MS Office,
- very good command of English is a must,
- Willing to travel,
- driving license.
