Sales Team Leader

Opis stanowiska
We are now looking for a new colleague to join Daktela International Team, and lead Daktela sales in PL market. We are looking for self-motivated, results-driven candidate with experience and ambition to setup Daktela PL branch.
Wymagania
Responsibilities and duties:
- Administer sales pipeline, organize sales visits, maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts
- Look for strategic partners
- Improve opportunities for sales, suggest ideas on penetrating PL market
- Reviewing sales performance, aiming to achieve annual target
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences
- Help with marketing and operations
Required:
- Experience and orientation in call center environment
- Sales experience and successful sales track record
- Basic knowledge of telecommunication industry is an advantage
- Sales network within PL market is an advantage
- Polish (native), English (fluent)
- Driving license B
- Eager to learn new things, hands-on attitude
