The Sales Support Specialist provides support to our Capita Poland International Sales Team, ensuring that sales force representation of Capita products and services are as effective as possible. As a Sales Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in expanding sales opportunities and customer base for Capita Poland.

provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Sales Team and management

review incoming documentation and prepare offer letters for new clients

maintain a client and pipeline database

perform sales analytics and provide reporting assistance

conduct research into prospects and contacts

cooperate with teams in order to build accurate profiles

hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

have a 2 year proven track record in sales, sales operations, customer service or related commercial support role

have strong organizational and time management skills
