Sales Support Administrator
Location: Kraków
Job description
Synergy is currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator, to assist with processing a growing order book.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with members of UK staff responsible for internal sales and technical pre-sales.
- Liaising with external vendors, in order to validate solutions for clients.
- Raising purchase orders and processing vendor orders.
- Generating formal quotations and submitting these for client approval.
- Determining stock availability and confirming lead-times with vendors.
- Managing renewals of Software-as-a-Service licenses.
- Contributing to internal post-sale processes.
- Attending vendor-provided training sessions to stay up-to-date with their products and tools.
- Assisting with report generation for sales meetings.
Requirements
Candidate Attributes:
- A passion for technology and business.
- IT hardware experience and knowledge essential.
- Previous experience working in a sales support role.
- Good written and spoken English and strong numerical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and a close attention to detail.
- A problem-solving attitude, and a determination to continually strive for the right result for the company and its clients.
