Your profile:

- Excellent command of French
- Good English language skills (at least a B2/C1 level)
- Experience in sales
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- High self-confidence and professionalism

Your tasks:
- Report sales results and find ways of improving them
- Execution of our sales strategy
- Mentor and lead the team of sales consultants
- Develop and coach your team to success
- Assist with recruitment of the new team members
- Support and teach new team members to be excellent in sales
- Verify the quality and efficiency of consultants’ services
