Job Description
Sales Specialist works actively to search for new Customers for Contract Manufacturing and Contract Engineering Services that SteriPack offers for medical device industry. His/her job includes all activities from targeting to winning Customers and providing the best post-sales Service.
Sales related:
- Actively search for new Customers
- plan, organize and realize sales calls and visits,
- maintain and develop sales d-base
- organize mailing
- Co-ordination of the inquiries from sales people from other areas (Benelux, Germany, UK&IE)
- Create good relationship to our existing and potential Customers
- Prepare Quotes
- Search for inquires
- Specify inquiry details with the Customer
- Prepare full cost calculation (with internal purchasing and engineering resources)
- Prepare and present a quote to the Customer
- Implement Projects
- Organize Customer’s visit on site
- Monitor commercial side of project changes
- Provide best post-sales Customer Service
- Assure best Customer Service with on-going deliveries
- Maintain and update price lists
- Follow up on project changes
- monitor orders, agreements and invoices from the Customers
Qualification and Experience
- Higher education (sales or marketing or technical)
- Fluent English, speaking and writing, with business English command (used for daily communication with the Customers verbally and in writing)
- Min 1-2 year experience in sales and/or marketing
- Analytical mind/ Very good Excel command
- High communication skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Responsive, precise, accurate
- Multitasking and flexibility
