SmartTel+ launches a new business direction — a subsidiary in Poland specializing in the sale of cloud PBX, toll-free
numbers and landlines to B2B SMB customers.
We’re looking for a professional, high-energy and driven Sales Specialist with strong knowledge and experienced in value-driven sales. We’re seeking someone with a background in telecommunications and cloud technologies, strong experience in B2B prospecting and lead qualification. Ideal candidates will be excited to join an early stage company that has already shown sales traction and increasing revenue trends.
Sales Specialist - Specjalista ds. Sprzedaży
Key Responsibilities include:
- Research and profile new potential buyers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the prospective clients
- Make phone calls and spend most of your business hours on the phone
- Cultivate new sales leads to establish business opportunities
- Business meetings with potential clients
Skills & Requirements:
- Polish is your native language
- You have 1-3 years of sales experience in the telecom, cloud/hosted services industry or marketing automation
- You have Internet/digital or telecom background
- You have successful experience in B2B sector
- You have exceptional presentation skills
- You are strongly customer service oriented
- You can work both independently and in team
- You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, problem solving, and decision making skills
- You are able to bring up your ideas in both technical and informal language
- You know how to prioritize, multi-task and manage your time effectively
- You are extremely organized and detail oriented
- You succeed in exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email
- You can easily understand the client’s pain points, business objectives, marketing plan and objectives, put together the strategic approach to reach/exceed their goals
