We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to work alongside our passionate sales team. This role is to demonstrate and articulate the value of our software.
As a solutions engineer, you will use your extensive technical knowledge to assist the sales team to sell software solutions to our clients. You will work alongside other sales team members to present products to clients and answer any technical questions they may have. You will also maintain a professional relationship with clients to learn the challenges they're facing and implement updates according to those needs.
Responsibilities
- Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions.
- Using extensive technical knowledge to design software use cases for customers
- Presenting the software to our customers
- Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted goals and challenges.
- Applying technical and computer skills to add updates and enhancements
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers before and after the sale
- Researching and creating new technical solutions for potential clients
- Supporting the sales team with all technical-related queries
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
- Previous work experience as a solutions engineer
- Familiarity with business hardware and software systems (especially MarTech)
- High-level communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to create big-picture software solutions
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
- Attention to detail
- Sales experience
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) - any additional European language will be an advantage but is not essential
