The main responsibility of the role is to execute a local sales plan to expand CHEP's market penetration in line with the commercial policy.
- Identify and contact prospects, visit customers, prepare and present service offers, negotiate and close sales
- Manage activities to meet budget targets, generating a high number of quality prospects for sales pipeline
- Fully evaluate the needs of the customers and uses this information well in proposals
- Present CHEP products and services
- Manage prospective clients’ accounts
- Respond quickly and effectively to queries
- Travel on a daily basis to cover the responsibility area (śląskie, dolnośląskie)
- University degree preferably in Business Administration or/and Logistic Management
- Approximately 3-5 years of B2B or FMCG sales experience
- Good command of English
- Good listener, relationship builder, negotiator and team player
- Knowledge and experience of logistics operations desirable
- Strong FMCG commercial knowledge and experience would be a big asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate independently within pre agreed guidelines
