For the territory of Poland, Baltic, CZE, SVK
As our Sales Representative you have the overall responsibility for sales activities of MP’s Diagnostic and Life Science products for the assigned territory of Poland, Baltic, CZE, SVK. You develop and implement short & long term Sales Objectives & Strategies.
Further responsibilities are:
- Sales Management
- Sales and Expense Budgets
- Customer Relationship Management
- Market research and development activities
- Determine short term and long term strategies and oversees the implementation of business plans and objectives
- Determine pricing policies including quantity, terms and conditions in line with
- Corporate guidelines
- Responsible for the preparation and achievement of sales and expense budgets
- Conduct market research and market development activities
- Responsible for staff’s career planning, performance assessment and achievements
- Identify marketing problems, opportunities and competition and recommends actions to be taken
- Liaise with technical support and product management teams in regard to customer complaints, product launches submit timely monthly sales and marketing reports
- BSc. In Biochemistry, Microbiology or equivalent
- 2-5 years relevant sales experience in diagnostic testing, biotechnology, Life Science and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of sales and marketing experience
- Highly self-motivated, achievement oriented and have excellent communication and
- Presentation skills
- Fluent in English
