The ideal candidate for the Sales Operations Assistant role is highly self-motivated, energetic, and assertive. This individual is someone that enjoys working in a team environment as well as individually and thrives in a fast paced, ever changing environment. This candidate is passionate about the sales team they support and ensuring their success. They are flexible and able to multitask and manage priorities to work with the Account Coordinators to move opportunities through the sales cycle and prepares the organization for upcoming projects. They are fundamentally responsible for tracking and guaranteeing all sales pipeline information is being tracked accurately in all internal reporting systems.
Works side-by-side with the Sales Operations Account Coordination team to:

Update Infusion contact information in CRM/Infusion Systems

Forecasting new project resource requests in Infusion’s systems (Espresso and Open Air) and guaranteeing that those projections are always accurate and up-to-date on a daily basis

Working with IT to improve system errors in espresso, OA and CRM

Submitting and Managing the accuracy of Partnership data in Partner systems

Bachelor Degree/College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

1 year experience in a corporate environment is an asset

Bilingual-English as a first or second language

Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel. Experience with working in CRM is an asset

Proficient computer and technical literacy: Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Outlook and Excel. Experience with working in CRM is an asset
