- Budgeting sales volume and necessary promotional expenses on annual base, and budget control for Ophthalmic drugs Pharmaceutical products
- Strategic planning for a promotion of Ophthalmic drugs Pharmaceutical products by medical reps including manpower planning. Instruction of the plan to reps,
- control and evaluation of reps.
- Effectively deal with claims from the market in Pharmacovigilance sense, instruction to reps for orders or regulation by authority
- recruitment of reps (set up of criteria, job interview)
- making effective visit to and cooperation with Drs, Pharmacists, and other medical professions of Polish market
- planning, preparation, and operation of promotional events for Ophthalmic drugs Pharmaceutical products including conference and RTDs
- collection of market information and analysis with 3C concept including Polish health care system, Pharmaceutical law, pharmaceutical association, promotion code.

- other necessary activities
Wymagania:
Skills required

- Ophthalmic drugs business development experience
- accomplishment for achieving the sales target
