Job Description
The role
Working in this business development role and reporting to the Managing Director you will be selling products and services by developing new prospects and accounts. You will be responsible for establishing, developing and closing business opportunities, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is located in Toruń / Poland.
Responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key customer accounts.
- Collect and analyze all marketing information.
- Enhance and develop customer relationships.
- Coordinate all activities between Company plant in Toruń and the customer.
- Prepare and deliver formal business proposals, offerings and presentations.
- Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product solution team in order to fulfill the requirements.
- Manage customer expectation and satisfaction. Lead product solution and service team to solve the issues raised by customers.
- Minimum 3/4 years of new business development experience.
- A proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic accounts.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
- Must welcome challenges, business trips within Europe and have strong business development orientation.
- Very good command of German and English
- Mechanical engineering educational background will be an asset.
