For our Client, an European distributor of professional cosmetics dedicated to the beauty sector,
being a part of an international holding company, we are looking for the candidate for a seasoned and experienced Sales Manager. The company with its main office in Warsaw will be engaged in product promotion and sales development across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Build a department from scratch and manage a remote team/regional representatives;
- Development of commercial strategy and responsibility for its implementation;
- Development and implementation of client policies;
- Development of sales in the entrusted territory;
- Automation of sales management - CRM, building dashboards to assess the effectiveness of the department;
- Drafting and monitoring of budget execution;
- Manage sales and profitability by channel, brand, region.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in building and managing FCMG Sales;
- Experience in building regional distribution network;
- Experience in building the relation in beauty clinics / salons / doctors strongly desirable;
- Experience in developing eCommerce;
- Staff management experience - from 3 years, HR competence;
- Strong leadership and communication qualities;
- Experience in business process automation;
- Performance management skills;
- Proficiency in English.
