Sales Manager

YOUR TASKS:
- Introducing the HPL, CPL, Compact Exterior and Compact Interior products in the DACH market,
- Budgeting and planning sales activities,
- Implementation of the sales plans,
- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiating terms of cooperation,
- Gaining new customers and taking actions to increase market share in the assigned market,
- Building good and steadily improving relationships with customers by maintaining contacts and high-quality customer service,
- Taking actions to correct and enhance customer service sales,
- Analyzing the market conditions and competitive actions,
- Monitoring and analyzing sales results,
- Reporting activities and findings with clients as part of a CRM system.

- Five years of experience with hands-on role and selling to medium – large segment clients,
- Pre-experience about selling HPL & Compact Board products would be an asset,

- Very good knowledge of German and English,
- Active driving skills,
- Readiness to work at the field for assigned markets.
