Our growing FMCG company is seeking a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising a sales team, achieving revenue growth by building strong long-lasting relationships with customers. The sales manager will be responsible for meeting planned goals, overseeing the performance of the sales team, tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets and facilitating ongoing training.

Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Assist sales personnel with appointment setting, overcoming objectives and sales coaching
- Meet operational financial targets
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure customer satisfaction
- Review expenses and operational metrics and making necessary adjustments
- Improve operational efficiency, effectiveness and performance
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Operational experience or an understanding of operational and P&L management
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize job duties in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor's degree is preferred or previous sales management experience
