Opis stanowiska
In charge of selling swepro products to professional customers in Poland directly and through a team of salespeople. At first, and for 6 months, the work will be done from our main Neuss (Germany) sales platform where the employee will be trained, and will work on the Polish market with the full support of the existing professionals. After this period, the employee will work through our Polish sales office (under construction).
Our proven sales technique throughout Europe revolves around strong phone actions with customers, and with the offering of trials of products that the salesperson chooses in accordance with the needs of the production or maintenance managers.
Responsibilities
- managing a salesteam
- contacting new and existing customers on a regular basis
- maintenance and permantently update of portfolio of customers
- discussion with plant/production/maintenance managers on their applications and needs
- proposition of professional solutions
- managing and enriching relationships with customers
our sales technique revolves 99% telephone conversation from our sales platforms
At this point, we are recruiting only one position. We are looking for a recruit that has the potential in the future to manage the larger sales team that we plan to recruit for the sales office.
Wymagania
- University or technikum/liceum with with maturity.
- good oral communication
- phone skills
- willing to learn, interested in a career
- computer skills (e-mailing, using our own Mastersales customer management system)
- english or german language speaker
- technical background a plus, but not totally necessary.
- positive thinking and drive
