Sales Manager

Working as a Sales Manager you will be responsible primarily for managing all aspects of sales within the organization, the customer development and business promotion. You will also develop, drive and implement channel sales strategy for selected groups of channel partners.
Main duties include:
- Developing and overseeing the sales plan;
- Defining key goals and ensuring implementation of sales campaings in order to expand market share and pursue growth targets;
- Leading the negotiations on critical sales and key framework contracts;
- Identification and evaluation of distribution partners and their authorization in coordination with the sales management team;
- Managing annual activities in the field of performance evaluation for trading partners;
- Overseeing day to day channel operations in the local market;
- Ensuring appropriate communication, promotional and training activities;
- Evaluation and certification of business partners;
- Supporting strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, clients and other decision-makers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunication industry;
- Previous experience working as a channel sales manager;
- Understanding the mobile distribution channel and the telecom operators;
- Experience in cooperation with the mobile retail customers or the telecom operators;
- Good analytical skills, problem solving skills, negotiation skills and project management skills;
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Fluent in Polish and English;
- Strong target oriented and proactive work attitude;
- Focused on the company and customer and understanding his needs;
- Independent in performing of entrusted tasks;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
