Position:
In this position you are responsible for maintain and expanding of the accounts in Poland. You will also be responsible for contacting and acquiring new contacts. You are responsible for realising a sales plan for your own client portfolio and for realising set turnover targets. Setting prices and conditions are also important in this position. You are continuously looking for new, innovative chances and are not afraid to contact the not so obvious channels. As a sales manager you will be responsible for the total sales in Poland.
You continuously develop and maintain your network of reliable clients and relations. You frequently contact clients about the services and products of Tristar. You actively promote our products within and outside your network and build and maintain a structured client contact network. You actively measure client satisfaction and continuously try to improve this. You are able to pick up signals from the market and translate these signals into actual actions.
Tasks and responsabilities:
- Maintaining and expanding account management and business planning with clients.
- Coordinating sales activities between the client and the internal organisation.
- Contributing independently to the turnover targets and profit development.
- Contacting and acquiring new clients.
- Support and sale of product introductions.
- Fair participation.
We demand:
- Higher education.
- Excellent communication skills, independence and responsible are qualities you possess.
- You are a commercial and result-oriented personality.
- You have an excellent analytic insight.
- You speak and write Polish fluently. Speaking and writing English is a preference.
- You have several years of relevant working experience in the trade branche, preferably in consumer electronics.
