The role of Sales Manager is to supervise the sales department, manage the work of the team, motivate the team, and taking care of good relations in the team. Furthermore, Sales Manager is responsible for training and coaching team - cooperation with the team to achieve goals by sales.
Sales Manager reports directly to the Club Manager.
Responsibilities

Supervise sales team by reviewing day-to-day progress, establishing work assignments & goals

Build the team, effective recruitment, identify talents, train and create development programs

Conduct Sales trainings for Sales department, caring about updating employees knowledge about fitness trends, sales and our competition

Create sales plans and activity plans for sales

Control of execution minimum MPC, designated "focus point opportunities" and the target for the Sales Department

Take care for the motivation of employees and good atmosphere in the team through various competitions and challenges. Caring for the good work atmosphere

Promote the club and activities among the local community. Active participation in the company by marketing campaigns and cooperation with the marketing department

Lead by example with a can do attitude
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in related area with at least 1 years managerial responsibilities

Sales focused, sales skills, knowledge of sales techniques

Ability to provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance, coaching and experience in developing employees

Sales background – experience in driving sales, proven achievements

Good command of both written and spoken English is essential

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
