Currently for our Nordic Client we are looking for a sharp Sales Manager, who will be in charge of sales team development and management as well as some scope of sales and business development operations in Poland. In this role you will: Develop a strong and active sales team as well as supervise, train and coach them to implement team objectives and goals. You need to successfully manage the team and make independent decisions in order to move the sales to the higher level. You must be a high class leader who walks the talk and is able to make people follow your passion and goals you sets. As a manager you shall constantly look for improvement and create a climate where others are encouraged to do the same. Apart from that you will be expected to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. You will have your hand on the single most impactful lever to grow our Client’s business. As a part of management team, you will have an opportunity to cooperate with your colleagues from other countries taking part in the international management meetings organized in the different part of Europe.
- Being a leader to the sales team that you will build and being a part of the international sales management team
- Developing the team and coaching them in order to increase sales results
- Establishing a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with clients, mostly C-level Clients
- Being the long term reliable partner to the most important Clients
- Implementing new business development ideas
- Being a partner with Marketing to roll out programs in support of revenue goals
- Developing sales strategies, tactics and techniques based on the feedback of the customer and market environment
- Maintain up to date product, market and competitor knowledge
- Conduct daily business in compliance with all company policies and departmental guidelines
You will be successful in this role if you have: at least 5 years of experience within management of whole sales cycle, ideally in high-growth environment and you present as well as you have excellent English skills. You must also have a proven experience (at least 3 years) in managing people. You must be able to work very independently to develop business as well as setting goals to the team you manage. You shall have experience in contract negotiating and closing sales as well as represent proactive and flexible attitude to deliver excellent quality.
