Opis stanowiska
- Sales manager for Poland market in a company whose main activity is CMS (Credit management services)
- Search for the new acquisition opportunities
- Market research in the field of company activities
- Preparation of proposals for cooperation
- Formation of marketing materials and offers
- Managing of business value extension
- Cooperation in acquisition process
- Full responsibilities for the drive bussines andfinancial plan
- Representation of the technical andprofessional level as instructed bythe parent company
- Member of the top management of the country, reporting directly to the Country manager.
Wymagania
- Secondary or university education (preferably legal oreconomic direction)
- At least 2 years' experience in same or similar managerial position or at least 5 years' experience in financial sector (CMS, Collection or Recovery field)
- Good orientation inCMS business
- Basic knowledge of marketing
- Representative and professional appearance
- Management skills, ability to independently oversee the stable operation of the company at all levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including the creation of a standard business correspondence
- English language skills (written and spoken)
- Creative approach to work,responsibility and accuracy, flexibility, loyalty,solution seeking
- The ability to solve everyday or non-standard situations
- Development of commerce in RF / segment focusing on new investments
- Pragmatic and results oriented
- Independent, self-starter, self motivated
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong people leadership and team building skills
- Driving license
