If you are highly self-motivated, focus on customers, work well in a strong team environment, have high work ethics, have good analytical skills and additionally you present skills such as:
- Deep subject matter and product expertise within a relevant technology , at least 3-5 years’ sales experience working in an IT company of which 1-2 years' ideally at a management level
- Experience in sales in the energy/utilities sector
- Demonstrated experience in working closely with a variety of relevant vendors
- Proven sales leadership and Client engagement experience
- Knowledge of Solutions capabilities and how the solution is designed to be integrated into the Client environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills, driving standards of performance
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the full sales process
- Taking responsibility for managing a team of sales specialists Planning and organizing multiple work objective s and goals by assigning priorities and continuously reviewing goals and objectives.
- Providing input into the development of the tactical strategy as well as develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.
- Enforcing and tracking the execution of C lient account plans, call planning and opportunity qualification, providing support and remedial action.
- Implementing, managing and reporting on cost improvement objectives and communication or escalation shortfalls.
