Sales Manager – Lubricants Product

Sales Manager at Worldwide Japanese Company  in UK ( European HQ)  is currently looking for suitable candidates for the position, Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity of the Manager position for capable candidates, who wants to lead international team. If you have 3-5 years experience in Sales and Marketing of lubricants, after-market oil products, Auto-Parts or industrial consumables field, do not hesitate to apply for this position.

 

Location: UK (Central London)

 

Sales activities of all CEE countries ( Poland, Czech, Slovak, Hungary, Rumania, Balt 3 countries etc).  There is a possibility working in Poland or other CEE countries in the future. and candidate could be a head of all CEE

Wymagania:

  • Candidate must have sufficient experience in Sales and Marketing of lubricants, after-market oil products, Auto-Parts or Industrial consumables.
  • Advanced level or Fluently speaking English (Required)
  • European language such as German, French, Polish or Czech - advantage but not required
  • To be confident and charismatic self-starter with the commercial flare to proactively develop new business and seek out the potential of currently untapped business
  • Possessing professional selling skills with a good grasp of technical issues
  • Organising effective time management and be able to influence and communicate successfully at all levels
  • Regular business tripwithin the UK and Europe are required

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales of World Class Top-tier branded lubricants to the Distributors and Automotive OEMs across Europe & Middle East.
  • Develop network of "High in Class" Country Distributors to expand the current Automotive Lubricants business across Europe
  • Penetrate into new business segments and markets to expand the business
  • Develop innovative sales proposition to maintain our brand Positioning
