Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our sales team and help us develop a pipeline for finding new customers for Codahead.
- Our U.S. and European presence along with our software services have already allowed us to attract several customers in those markets.
- As a next step, we would like to continue to make inroads into these markets.
What are the responsibilities of a Sales Manager?
- Hunting new customers from the United States, UK and Western Europe.
- Working in English daily and communicating directly with decision-makers.
- Participating in calls, direct meetings and presentations.
- Preparing offers, negotiating terms with new customers and closing business deals.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and creating a positive customer experience.
Requirements for a Sales Manager
- A fluent level of spoken and written English is a must.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales of tailored software solutions (including Web development and Mobile development services) is a must.
- Proven track record of closing deals of approximately or exceeding $200k total per year.
- Availability to travel abroad for business trips and conferences.
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills.
- Creating action plans and sales pitch for customers.
- Self-confidence, consistency in action and risk-taking skills.
Additional requirements for a Sales Manager
- Ability to plan and execute strategies for selling new products and services.
- Current U.S. visa.
- Network of contacts and established business relations.
