Wymagania:
  • Sales experience in an international, multifunctional environment in the Industrial
  • Practical understanding of industrial mineral industry with specific and detailed knowledge in Industrial
  • Technical and/or Business Qualification (degree equivalent)
  • Ability to communicate and develop relationships at all levels
  • Multi-lingual (English, Czech and Slovak required)
  • Self-motivated
  • Fully operational with Microsoft Office
Zakres obowiązków:
  • The Sales Manager will take full Commercial responsibility for Industrial sales of Sibelco Group products and they will manage sales for all industries included in the Industrial division in the assigned region
  • The Sales Manager will identify new sales opportunities and develop new products / applications in cooperation with the Technical Sales Manager
  • Understand the markets and the key players active in the Region and build the necessary market intelligence to retain and extend the Customer portfolio <br /> The role's key accountabilities will primarily involve: <br />
  • Position Industrial product portfolio to the Industrial market
  • Management of Customers and Key Accounts assigned in the region, Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Formulate and then implement sales strategies including price, product and distribution channels to develop new and existing markets in cooperation with the Technical Sales manager
  • Set prices and payment terms in line with Sibelco's pricing and payment structures for the region
  • Mapping competition and identifying their strengths and weaknesses
  • build network at all relevant Customer levels as well as in business related local and national organizations
  • Provide operations and supply chain with on time information to schedule the activities for the short/medium/long term period
  • Regular customer and prospect visits and reporting actively
  • Budgeting and forecast activities for assigned clients
  • Meetings with Industrial team; with Production and Supply Chain for defined productions plants
