We are currently seeking highly motivated, energetic person for the role of:

Acquiring new strategic customers and growing existing customer portfolio

Originating and maintaining personal portfolio

Building market position by identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and establishing client relationships

Meeting assigned revenue targets and strategic objectives, including growing the sales pipeline

Maintaining an accurate sales forecast and all required information within Salesforce
-
Preparing sales activity reports according to the Group’s policy
-
Negotiating pricing and contract terms with the Customers
-
Preparing bids, RFI’s, RFP’s and contracts. Participating in tenders
-
Collaborating with all levels and departments in a positive and successful manner
-
Advising and assisting in resolution of customer complaints
-
Keeping up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies

Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
-
Experience (3+years) prospecting, qualifying and selling call center services in the banking, insurance and/or telecom sectors
-
Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales quota in a competitive sales environment

Strong written and oral communication skills in Polish and English, with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Demonstrated customer relationship management, organization and time management skills
