The purpose of the role is to manage and coach Sales Field Team, leading to increase in business growth and to implement best in class consultative approach to potential Customers
Job Description:
- Objective setting and Performance Management of Sales team
- Talent management process, including recruitment, coaching, training and development
- Proactively support Sales team in the field via feedback and coaching
- Revenue stream – Manage activities for self & team to meet budget targets and profitability levels.
- Identify new areas of services or sectors to ensure new business growth.
- Reporting on sales effectiveness.
- Support Sales Manager in projects & team development
Qualification & Experience:
- Strong field Sales experience in a service company i.e. as:
- Sales Manager
- Sales Team Leader
- Key Account Manager, Account Manager
- 2-4 years of experience in managing field team
- Experience in handling negotiations with top level decision makers
- FMCG / international experience (multinational corporation) preferred
- Worked with financial measures and KPIs
- Computer: Microsoft Office programs, CRM (desirable)
- Personal: Planning & organizing skills, leadership skills, relationship builder, team player, excellent communicator, good time management, analytical skills
- Higher degree in business / sales management or similar
- Fluent English
