Job description
- Developing account strategies for new and existing accounts in Eastern Europe,
- Establishing / maintaining strong relationships and face-to-face communication with new and existing accounts,
- Developing and executing negotiations and contracts,
- Achieving and maximizing sales targets.
Candidate
- 3-5 years of experience in sales account management in an industrial environment,
- Experience managing Agents network,
- Knowledge of the flexible packaging and industrial market and its challenges,
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Russian and any other language is an asset,
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
- Goal-oriented and challenge-driven attitude.
