Role Overview
To accelerate our growth and become the global leader in our market, we are expanding our Sales Team - resulting in the new role of Sales Development Representative.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company to help scale our Sales organization. As a Sales Development Representative you will use your communication skills to develop strong customer relationships, and be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls and social media referrals. Part of your responsibility will be to maintain relationships with prospects and the community by delivering compelling and tailored solutions. Ultimately, you will increase sales and contribute to the long-term growth of our business.

Responsibilities
- Using prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
- Determine the prospects interest in SALESmanago
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Initiate discovery calls with prospects to see if they'd be an ideal customer, identify their needs and challenges
- Set up meetings between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Working closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
- Carrying out market research to improve your dialog with prospects
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English (B2-C1) - any other international language will be an asset.
- Available to work in Cracow (Poland) or Amsterdam (Netherlands)
- Some experience within sales/prospecting is a plus
- Strong communication to gain the trust and interest of contacts via the phone
- Persistent, organized, creative, and highly motivated
