Sales and Customer Service Specialist with the Croatian language
Description of the position:
Comprehensive customer service in the context of various projects: receipt, processing and updating of orders in Croatian
Advising customers in order to tailor the product range to their individual needs
Client needs assessment and building of positive relationships
Administration of logistical order processing
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of the Croatian language and communicative Polish or English
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Communication skills, linguistic correctness and fluency of speech
Competent use of a computer
Diligence, reliability, sense of humour
