Sales Agent
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To answer incoming sales calls from direct customers and convert them to profitable sales using Lowcosttravelgroup products and ancillary services.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Sell holidays over the phone
• Make outbound calls to customers to secure sales leads
• Achieve or exceed departmental objectives relating to profitably, productivity and sales performance
• Maintain accurate information on the company’s products, commercial campaigns and ancillary services.
• Attend organised training sessions, either in-house or at external venues and participate in overseas visits as required
• Adhere to business rules and policies
REQUIREMENTS
• Have a proven record of achieving sales targets
• Previous experience of working in a sales role for a tour operator or travel agency
• Work under pressure and thrive on being busy
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, driven, travel sales person
• Travel industry experience will be a great asset
