Job Description
- Explore new ideas and technologies to make sure the team uses right tools for the right job
- Spiking/prototyping more complicated solutions
- Supporting Agile processes/practices
- Supporting testers creating automated acceptance tests
- Very good knowledge of Ruby and Rails framework
- Experience with HTML5/CSS3 and developing responsive layouts
- Knowledge of JavaScript, ideally – familiarity with jQuery or Bootstrap
- Experience with Web/mobile applications and RESTful services
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), NoSQL will be a plus
- Experience with high-availability and scalable systems will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of English and very good team work
- Good understanding of Software Development Engineering – unit testing, code review, Continuous Integration, release and deployment
