Inviting applications for the role of RTR Controlling Specialist with German
Objectives of this role
- Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
- Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines
- Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions
- Maximize payroll efficiency through innovative process development
- Help develop and support short- and long-term operational strategies
Responsibilities
- Produce financial reports and issue them for management review
- Manage accounting records
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
- Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
- Development and clarification of external audit inquiries
- Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
- Supporting the budget process
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
Minimum qualifications
- Very good knowledge of German min. C1 and good English
- Similar work experience
- University graduate (Economic studies are required)
- Strong Controlling experience
- Accounting knowledge needed and specific knowledge for the product delivered
- Work experience SAP system (advantage)

- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects
- Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls
- Accurate, communicative with good communication skills
- Motivated to work on sophisticated accounting; well organized
- Have the ability to priorities tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines
