Your role
Do you have strong communication skills? Are you interested in Risk Methodology? Do you know how to work well within a team to support senior management to drive the function forward? Do you like juggling priorities and work with people? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- Support the monthly budget forecasting and three year strategic planning
- Provide guidance to senior stakeholders within Risk Methodology with respect to operational risk management. Support the Chief of Staff function in opening, tracking and closing of audit and regulatory issues
- Take ownership for the preparation of Risk Methodology committee meetings and support senior staff with the preparation of agendas, the collection of committee material and the meeting minutes
- Support the Chief of Staff in various tasks of daily operations (e.g. headcount tracking, hiring strategy or the organizational set-up of the Risk Methodology team) and in implementing and maintaining adequate processes and tools
Your team
You will be working in the Chief of Staff (CoS) Team split across Zurich and Krakow (the role is based in Krakow). We are supporting our Risk Methodology teams in Switzerland, Poland, Asia, the US and UK in a variety of tasks, including communication, headcount planning, resourcing, budgeting and forecasting as well as in all operational risk matters.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Economics, Finance, Business Management, etc.)
- some experience in working in Finance or Risk
- strong communication skills and a keen eye for details. You are proactive and a strong team player
- a genuine interest in learning more about Risk Methodology and getting involved in our function's day-to-day business
