You will be part of the Global Performance, Reward & Mobility team in Krakow with report to the Head of Global Performance, Reward & Mobility in Denmark, and will have a local Host Manager to support your development, engagement, and wellbeing. We are a small team of 4, where you will be one of 2 located in Krakow. We work closely together and support each other in peak periods. We have the responsibility for the performance dialogue, reward tasks from job evaluation to base pay guidelines and regulation, to bonuses and benefits.
Reward & Mobility Specialist

Specific tasks:
- Back Bone
- Support career framework implementations in Q3 and Q4.
- Base Pay
- Create salary structures for assigned locations in cooperation with the Senior Reward Specialist.
- Participate in the salary regulation process with the responsibility for collecting, verifying, structuring, and uploading reward data into the salary regulation in cooperation with the Senior Reward Specialist.
- Support with other tasks regarding salary regulation or base pay when needed.
- Mobility
- Handle simple end-to-end mobility cases according to polices and guidelines given by the Reward Manager. Cases such as:
- Trainees and graduates on developmental assignment abroad.
- Extended business travel & short-term assignments.
- Extensions
- Coordinate standard mobility tasks with mobility partners within:
- Tax
- Immigration
- Relocation
- Support the Reward Manager with other mobility projects and cases.
- Handle simple end-to-end mobility cases according to polices and guidelines given by the Reward Manager. Cases such as:
- Performance
- Push STI Goal weights to launched forms in advance of PDP launch communication
- Update STI Group & BU goals in SuccessFactors when they have been approved.
- Handle simple PDP tasks like e.g., passwords and welcome E-mails to new joiners.
- Support with other Reward and Mobility tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Relevant experience typically worked with rewards and or mobility in an international company in 3+ years.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in HR, economics, or related field
