Your role
Do you know what it takes to keep your colleagues happy? Are you an expert in remuneration, reward and compensation? We're looking for someone like this to help us:
- give guidance for reward, compensation plans and approvals that are in line with regional tax, legal and regulatory rules
- provide support on a variety of processes to a range of internal clients
- work with internal clients on package offerings and other reward options
- assist in the coordination with various regulatory bodies
- attend forums with compensation consulting firms and compensation specialists at competitor firms
Your team
You’ll be working in the Compensation Plans team which is based in Zurich and London. Our team is responsible for the management and design of the global compensation plans. We sit within Group Reward which in turn sits within the Human Resources function in Corporate Centre.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- an undergraduate degree
- strong problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- excellent analytical and data reporting skills
- able to apply technical understanding to practical problems (you can’t be replaced by a robot)
- experience in compensation a plus
You are:
- analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody’s business)
- a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- a multitasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
