These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Prepare and analyze complex reports/information and formulate conclusions
- Monitors delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting and implement continuous
- improvements;
- Manage workloads to ensure even distribution of responsibilities and provide development opportunities,
- Prepares, coordinates and conducts performance appraisals, and counsels employees on career and performance
- Ensure that all of the client responsibilities occur in accordance with the statement of work and service level
- agreement with client(s)
- Support Vendor Management and Assessment process, Risk Assessment process
- Support Talent Management process and career management for those on your team
- Identify areas of cost reduction by process and productivity improvements
- Min 3-5 years relevant business/financial services experience and appropriate Business qualification;
- Proven ability to use SQL and/other languages to query large and complex data sets
- Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance or equivalent;
- Fluent English.
- 1-year experience as a people manager desirable;
- Payments and Legal/Regulatory and/or compliance experience;
- Problem-Solving & Escalation Management, Quality & Process Improvement, Risks and Issues Management,
- Work Planning and Management, Vendor Management, Performance Management (Metrics & Status Reporting), Operational Excellence
