As Retail Manager you are a member of the Country Management Team (CMT), and report to the Head of Retail. The CMT consist of Country Manager, Head of Retail, Finance Manager, Human Resource Manager and 5 Retail Managers.

The things you will be doing day to day:
You get the overall responsibility for 35-40 stores, and through your 4 districts managers and 1 store supporter you ensure:
- Store & Staff ready for customer
- Turnover and EBIT growth
- Operations – planning, budgeting and follow-up
- Staff management & training
- Organization and Communication
- Store establishment / expansion.
- JYSK concepts

- Have a high level of retail leadership skills and you have worked minimum 3 years as area manager in Retail (Nonfood) or similar managerial position within retail experience
- Are a skilled distance manager,
- Can work both at an operational and a strategic level.
- Are fluent in English and Polish
