Senior Resource & Talents Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for driving and delivering full cycle recruitment against allocated Lionbridge Games Testing vacancies in the United Kingdom:
Requirements:
-
At least 5 years of recruitment experience in IT sector in a demanding business environment, proven track record in end-to end recruitment process;

Recruitment experience in in Games Testing sector will be a strong advantage;
-
Experience in international sourcing& recruitment, preferably at the UK market;
-
Outstanding interviewing skills , especially on-line interviews;

Ability to work in international business environment, ability to deal with senior managers;

Excellent knowledge of business English written and oral;

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Ability to work with various application systems, job boards, social media, SAP etc.;

Excellent time management skills;
-
Strong result and detail orientation;

Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Scope of responsibilities:
-
Driving and delivering full cycle recruitment for the Games Testing positions in the United Kingdom;
-
Source and attract international candidates using a variety of methods, primarily at the United Kingdom market;

Remote recruitment process using social media (for ex. LinkedIn, UK job boards);
-
Work closely with the onsite Managers in the UK and off site team to determine managers hiring needs, on an ongoing basis;

Apply a thorough knowledge of the recruitment life cycle to fill positions efficiently;

Ensure timely communications with all candidates and Hiring Managers;

Up-to-date tracking of applications and their position within the recruitment pipeline;

Assure regular recruitment status reports, recruiting statistics and trends to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
