A Reservation Coordinator with Doubletree by Hilton hotel Krakow & Convention Center as well as for Hampton by Hilton Krakow, will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Reservation team to develop future and repeat business.

What will I be doing?
As Reservation Coordinator, you will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Reservation team to develop future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Professional approach in all assigned tasks in reservation process for our individual guests, focusing on their needs and expectations
- Processing the reservation as per internal standards and requirements
- Understand fully the hotels amenities, packages and promotions
- Produce accurate and timely reports from internal and external sources as well as manage hotel inventory as requested by Reservation Manager
- Maintaining the appropriate structure of rooms available in the system
- Sending stay offers, sending confirmations, answering emails
- Active sale of rooms with a higher standard
- Sales, commissioning and specification of additional services ordered by individual guests
- Close cooperation with the reception department in the field of individual guests
- Building and maintaining good cooperation with other hotel departments to improve guest service and improve efficiency
- Developing and maintaining good relations with guests
Requirements
