Requirements:

  • Educated to University degree level
  • Relevant experience in the legal/compliance industry is a must
  • Previous experience in supporting, training and mentoring a team
  • Previous experience in monitoring and improving processes
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Excellent writing and analysis skills, including the ability to summarise complex information clearly and concisely from another language into English
  • Strong research skills, including online search tools
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills – prior experience in research/editorial roles is preferable
  • Highly flexible and quick adapter
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle varying duties
  • Be a team player with a high level of initiative and proactive approach to work
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and issues
  • Knowledge of and interest in international affairs

Responsibilities:

You will manage and supervise the Professional Service in Krakow.  You will provide guidance, instruction and direction to ensure high quality Due Diligence reports are produced.  You will also develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help build the Due Diligence business

 

 

Key Tasks:

  • Support, train and mentor your team to ensure on-time delivery of Due Diligence reports
  • Engage with internal teams, including Advisory and Sales, seeking feedback, obtaining updates and managing delivery expectation on the quality of reports
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials, standards, policies and procedures regarding Due Diligence reports
  • Provide feedback on improvements for delivery, systems and processes
  • Develop and grow vendor relationships to grow partnerships and business opportunities
  • Anticipate and identify emerging business issues and/or opportunities
  • Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Reporting ad hoc on total production, unit cost and pipeline tasks. 
  • Mentor and inspire teams, helping them to head in the right direction while providing them with knowledge and support
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
