Welcome to the Requirements & Analysis Leadership Team in Business and Institutional Technology. What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a team of IT Analysts by demonstrating strong leadership competencies and skills, building motivation and engagement of your team members and supporting their development and growth
- Being a part of BIT R&A Leadership team, driving best practices and continuous improvement within as well as across the teams and engage in knowledge sharing
- Driving and taking part in various initiatives for capability uplift across the technology area
- Representing BIT R&A capability in selected execution structure(s), supporting and promoting good collaboration between capability and execution structure(s).
You’ll join a team of experienced leaders and work in the environment focused on doing the right things, speaking openly, collaborating and growing together with others. The role is based in Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw, Poland.

Your experience and background:
- Strong people, coaching, mentoring and communication skills are required. People leadership experience will be an advantage.
- A degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required. Knowledge of requirements management and data analysis and Agile methodology will be an advantage.
- Proficient English skills are required. Experience of working in the international environment will be an advantage.
