Reporting & Planning Manager

Job summary:

I deliver efficient, business-insightful management reporting and forecasting, and manage the annual planning process for the P&L and Cash.
I highlight Risks & Opportunities, understanding the key drivers of performance through which I support the business in delivering their goals.

Accountabilities:

• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Lead & manage the month end close process for the business, coordinating finance teams with respect to targets, risks and opportunities, understanding the key drivers of performance and providing insight that helps drive decision making
• Lead & manage the forecast process, working with the finance team to ensure business assumptions & initiatives are reflected in the final forecast
• Lead & manage the planning process, coordinating finance teams, understanding the key budget building blocks, preparing budget summaries for Head of Finance / Business MD and supervising the preparation of detailed Budgets for the business
• Build and interpret insightful analysis on performance that includes actionable insights, highlighting potential upcoming risks and opportunities
• Supervise the reporting of key KPIs
• Support and monitor the implementation of corrective actions
• Developing, maintaining and augmenting my analytical skills to support the financial analysis requirements of the business
• Participate in External Audit and Financial Control self-assessment processes
• Continually strive to simplify processes and eliminate non-value added touch points, encouraging the sharing of best practice

• Professional experience: 5 years
• Required English level: Advanced (C1)
