Job description:
- Providing all financial and non financial reporting to the client
- Suggesting, developing and maintaining appropriate tools to automate and improve data collection process
- Developing and maintaining the Global Reporting SharePoint
- Preparing ad-hoc analysis and reports
- Participation in the projects related to developing new metrics of the Service Delivery operational effectiveness
- Review regularly the key operational data for their quality and consistency, prepare the audit recommendations/actions for the teams
- Supporting contractual change management
- Supporting QMS & ISMS audits
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with internal & external policies
- Cooperation with the Delivery Teams & Support functions
Candidate's profile:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point, Visual Basic / macro programming
- Knowledge of FusionCharts and JavaScript will be a major asset
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint technology and maintenance will be a major asset
- Good knowledge of MS Access will be an asset
- Process knowledge within P2P and ITC will be an advantage
- Focused on details
