Required skills:
- University degree ( technical will be an asset)
- At least three years professional experience in a similar position/market environment
- Very good knowledge of the filtration industry
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and very good knowledge of English language
- Keen sense of dealing with business relations on different hierarchy levels, well developed negotiating skills and high level of own initiative (pro-activeness).
- Open minded, target-oriented and binding personality capable of taking over responsibility as well as untiring readiness for duty
- High analytical and conceptual skills
- Routine in dealing with daily business, setting the right priorities
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, thinking in concepts
- Clear understanding of how segmentation of markets work

Main responsibilities:
Area Sales Engineer is responsible for realization of the sales targets as well as activities which result from the Budget/Sales Strategy in this area including:
- Develop and carry out a Sales Plan/Business Plan for all segments of the area
- Secure and expand Sales (Turnover and Volume)
- Set up of annual Budget and forecast planning
- Ensure customer profitability
- Pricing policy depending on size/importance of customer
- Develop effective sales methods
- Generate up-to-date knowledge about market, segments and competitors
- Proactive communication with Customer Service
- Old stock management
- Claim management
- Follow up on overdue invoices
- Bad debt recovery
- Active use of CRM system
